Historical baseline report (commit c8636ed and earlier). The later promotion
scoring candidate changes dispatcher behavior and adds helpers; see
[DISCONNECTED-STANDBY.md](DISCONNECTED-STANDBY.md). Do not use the installation
commands below to deploy that unreviewed candidate.
The refactored agent is in `refactored/managed-container`, with nine sourced modules beside it. Both reference copies remain unchanged at SHA256 `5eae1f3dba0586dc06105e4dd7a9b8809a5c9961452abe7654dcfce77c3c5ce2`.
