Pacemaker integration

The files generated by pcs config, crm_mon, and cibadmin --query are intentionally not tracked here.

Those exports contain point-in-time cluster state, transient node attributes, operation history, and temporary constraints, so they are diagnostic snapshots rather than canonical configuration.

The managed-container OCF resource agent itself is under:

ocf/loxthelion/

Current PostgreSQL production design:

• promotable clone
• clone-max=3
• clone-node-max=1
• promoted-max=1
• promoted-node-max=1
• notify=true
• target-role=Promoted
• PostgreSQL VIP colocated with the Promoted instance
• promotion score controlled by the resource agent
